This will increase the chances of Google putting your website on the first page of their results.

Also be sure to put the keywords in the h1 title tags and throughout the whole article. If you have any sub-domains, be sure to put keywords in those as well. It can be inaccurate from time to time however. The best tool I have come across is probably Brad Callen’s: Keyword Elite. Make sure you do all the research you can before you invest money in a keyword tool.
